Don Taylor, Col. USAF Ret.President, TEAM Integrated Engineering, Inc.Mr. Don Taylor (Col. USAF Ret.) is president of TEAM Integrated Engineering, Inc., a San Antonio based consulting firm providing advisory and assistance services to the Department of Defense in the core fields of environmental, engineering, logistics, and medical support. He has proven experience providing effective work environments and motivation for both physicians and engineers alike. He has also designed organizational forums that cross feed education and build trust to solve daily problems and issues that arise within the company. Mr. Taylor draws on his previous leadership experience with the Air Force to help communicate a common mission and promote image, integrity, and accountability.Mr. Taylor served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years. He became a highly recognized and awarded expert in project management, health care administration, and architecture. He has served as Chief Operations Officer of military hospitals in charge of all clinical and administrative operations. In addition, he was the commander of a theater hospital in Iraq. He conducted antiterrorism consulting and advisement of threat protection during the mission. This consulting included active antiterrorism efforts and implementation of policies regarding the screening and searches of Iraqi nationals as they were admitted into the hospital. Mr. Taylor has been awarded the Bronze Star and has been a three time recipient of the Legion of Merit Award. |
