Taylor Rhodes

Vice President & General Manager, Rackspace Enterprise Services

Taylor Rhodes is Vice President and General Manager of Rackspace Enterprise Services.  In this role, Taylor is responsible for sales and marketing, product development and customer support for the company’s strategic enterprise segment.

Taylor joined Rackspace in 2007 to lead the Intensive business unit, where he had responsibility for delivering Fanatical Support to more than 1,000 of the company’s largest and most complex customers.

Taylor was formerly with EDS, where he held six years of progressive leadership roles.  His responsibilities included managing end-to-end relationships with several of EDS’ top 50 largest clients, including companies such as US Airways and Sabre Holdings.  In prior roles, he had responsibility for service delivery operations improvement where he focused on reducing variability and improving quality.  Taylor started with EDS’ corporate strategy and financial planning group, where he played a significant role in a corporate turnaround.

Prior to EDS, Taylor was an infantry captain with the US Marine Corps as well as a major accounts district manager with ADP.

Taylor has an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
