Ruben ZamoranoPresident, Diabetica Solutions (formerly Xilas Medical)Mr. Zamorano is a serial entrepreneur who has more than 24 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Since 1997, he has served as President of Diabetica Solutions (formerly Xilas Medical). His success in engaging angel, state, federal and venture capital investors has led to his role in co-founding AmSwiss Pharmaceuticals, LifeQuest Medical (LQMD-NASDAQ) and Diabetica Solutions. Mr. Zamorano's entrepreneurial mind-set allows him to see opportunities in technology for greater utility across various platforms.Mr. Zamorano earned a Master of Public Health, from University of California, Berkeley, CA; a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI; and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas, Austin, TX. Additionally, Mr. Zamorano holds four patents for medical devices. |
