Where is InnoTech taking place?

When is the deadline to register ONLINE as a speaker?
Please register no later than Friday, February 27, 2009. After February 27th, plan to register on-site at the event.
When can I expect to receive my badge in the mail?
Badges will not be mailed in advance. Instead you'll be sent a reminder/ confirmation email a few days before the show which will include a confirmation number tied to your registration record. To expedite your on-site check-in, please print out that registration confirmation and bring it with you to on-site registration, at the Norris Conference Center, where you will quickly receive your badge.

No, the session rooms are available after 7:00am Thursday, March 5th only.
How do I ship my display and/or materials to InnoTech (either directly
to the show location or to the advanced warehouse)?

Below is IMPORTANT information about shipping
your event materials (display, brochures, etc.) directly to the event.
Freeman will receive shipments at the exhibit facility starting: Wed,
3/4/09 at 8am.
**Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by
the facility.**
Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the
facility will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
All
shipments to the Norris Conference Center must be labeled as follows and be
delivered no earlier than Wednesday, March 4, 2009:

Yes, speakers are encouraged to attend the conference sessions, keynotes and vendor seminars.
Can Speaker pass holders attend the CIO Panel Forum & Luncheon?
No, attendance at the CIO Panel Forum (for executive level IT professionals only) requires separate registration and payment.
